Testimonials

We have had the pleasure of Mrs Whitfield teaching all three of our children over a 7 year period. Of all the primary teachers my children had - Mrs Whitfield was the best. Always smiling, enthusiastic and upbeat and always seemed to have a genuine love for the job AND the children with an endless amount of patience. The children all loved and respected her and all three achieved extremely well under her care. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Having worked with Sue for nearly 4 years, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending her tutoring services. When I was fresh into teaching, I found Sue’s professionalism, guidance and mentorship invaluable in regard to my own career progression. Over the time spent working alongside Sue, I’ve seen first hand how children in her care have flourished on a daily basis. She is first class!

As a colleague who has worked with Sue for many years, I am thrilled to share my admiration for her exceptional teaching abilities, particularly in Upper Key Stage 2. Her dedication and passion for education have consistently shone through in all aspects of her work.

Sue has an extraordinary talent for connecting with her students, creating an engaging and supportive environment. She tailors her teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of her students, ensuring that each one feels included and valued. Her lessons are both informative and enjoyable, making even the most challenging subjects accessible and interesting.

What truly sets her apart is her unwavering commitment to fostering a love for learning. She inspires curiosity, critical thinking and creativity, which are pivotal in the development of her students. Her positive attitude and consistent support boost students’ confidence and enthusiasm for their education. I wholeheartedly recommend Mrs Whitfield to any parent seeking a dedicated and inspiring teacher to support their child. Her impact on her students is truly remarkable.

Sue Whitfield has taught each of our three children - one of them twice!

They are now teens, but there is no doubt that her teaching has had a hugely positive impact upon their education. The fact they still talk about her with such fondness is the biggest indicator of her influence in their early years.

We now have a daughter studying at her first choice Russell Group university, a son who achieved seven grade 9s amongst his GCSEs and a youngest daughter in the top set for every subject at secondary school.

Mrs Whitfield played a significant role in establishing the foundations of their appreciation and respect for teachers. As a family, we remain extremely grateful for her work.
